Pabellón expositivo promociones AEDAS Homes
“Encuadrar”. Según RAE: 1.tr. Encerrar en un marco o cuadro. 3.tr. Determinar los límites de algo, incluyéndolo en un esquema u organización.
The project treats the type development, the show flat, as the main protagonist. What really interests the client, because it is where they can see and touch an example of their future home. A 10.80 × 10.80m square, turned, encloses the show floor as a hangar, leaving around it a perimeter without preconceived shape. It is in this ring that the rest of the portable uses will be located.
As if it were a fruit stone, the typical promotion becomes the main object of the exhibition of the new show office. Upon entering this space, you will feel that you are going to visit your future home, which you will surround accompanied by a commercial until you end up entering the interior of the apartment. There is a certain margin of possibility to vary the distribution of the show floor.
Around the show floor there is a perimeter space that has no shape. It is a malleable, liquid space, a volume of air that will be filled with furniture to make sense of the required functions. The configuration of the plant itself means that there is a certain intimacy between one room and the next one. The toilet and the warehouse are also projected as moving parts. This ring will be reconfigurable at all times.
Faced with proposals that bet on a disaggregated architecture, we propose a resounding and simple form: the square. A recognizable shape with a strong character to associate the Aedas brand. This forceful volume that during the day projects a “blue AEDAS” image, at night it will become a lit lamp that will serve as a claim and emblem for the citizen.
The project is conceptually composed of two main modules: a triangle and a square made up of two triangles. The proposed option, the square, seems the most suitable and the one that brings greater character to the brand, but in the case of having a larger plot, the show office could be expanded by adding modules, being able to contract or expand.
